Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate silk screening tools for various sheet metal parts.
- Prepare screens and inks according to job specifications and color matching requirements.
- Inspect printed parts for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate reproduction of graphics and logos.
- Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Adjust printing parameters to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Document production processes and track inventory of materials used.
- Assist in training new team members on silk screening techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in silk screening is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in silk screening or related manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications.
- Familiarity with silk screening inks and materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment setup and maintenance.
